Specializing in the pageant, fashion and performance industry, Liv & Rock Productions is the management team of Miss Earth USA, preliminary to Miss Earth, including over 150 state delegates each year, as well as the International Ms pageant for married and unmarried women age 26+, an international program attracting over 60 regional and national delegates each year since 2016. L&R is proud to partner with the B4ACUSA Foundation 501(C)3 nonprofit organization including the Still She Rose mental health initiative. 

In February 2024, Liv & Rock announced a partnership with The Queen Beauty Network to produce fashion, beauty and pageant related content on the QBN platforms. 

An award-winning pageant director and producer for Miss Earth USA and International Ms, Laura got her start in pageantry winning Ms. United States 2011. She enjoyed nearly 15 years in the Game Entertainment industry, cheering for 2 NFL teams, appearing on CMT Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Making the Team, conducting 8 international tours with US Armed Forces Entertainment, and serving as game entertainment director for indoor professional football. Laura has been a guiding influence for Miss United States Candiace Dillard, Miss World 2nd RU Elizabeth Safrit, and Miss Earth 2020 Lindsey Coffey. In 2022, in response to the death of Cheslie Kryst, Laura created the Still She Rose initiative to combat mental health and wellness in the pageant community. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Laura is now a proud wife and mother, residing in the Chicagoland.
